Fried Lemon Chicken with extra salt

Tonight's special was Fried Lemon Chicken...with extra salt. I was inspired by the movie Julie and Julia. It was soooo freakin adorable!

The Ingredients are

-boneless skinless chicken tenders
-bread crumbs
-lemon
-lemon peper
-season salt

When you make this PLEASE do not put alot of season salt, out of the whole bread crumb batter. Get a bowl, big enough to put a whole chicken tender strip, and add the bread crumbs, about a tablespoon of lemon peper, and a teaspoon of season salt. After that, get the chicken and squeeze half a lemon or less on the chicken. Then put it in the bread crumb batter and BOOM! You're done. Have a pan, and put VIRGIN OLIVE OIL! Not the fatty vegetable oil. Then you fry it. The end.

This is my first time making it. I just added random things...lolz, but it's good. I just put too much salt. The recipe was inspired by Lemon-Dilly Chicken Saute. I'll try it one day....

The rating for this is 8 out of 12 starts. Not bad for someone who hates cooking :)

Oh, by the way, try to stay as clean as possible while cooking because there's a HUGE mess afterwards if you don't. Lolz

Try the recipe and tell me what you think.
